¿When will my order arrive?

All orders are manufactured and shipped from our workshop in Cabo San Lucas. The manufacturing time is 2-3 days depending on the current workload and the dates the purchase was made.

Since we are in a remote part of the country, it seems fair that the shipments are at our own expense.

The shipment is made by means of DHL Express with a duration of 2-4 business days after its manufacture to arrive depending on the delivery destination.a.

However, delays could occur for reasons such as product customization, unforeseen circumstances, or the delivery area.

We are not financially responsible for packages lost or sent to the wrong address if the mistake was made by the customer.

¿How do I choose my size?

¿How do i make a change?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to make a change for size, color or model, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

To proceed with the exchange process, the item must be in original condition with the packaging intact. It must not be used, dirty, abused or damaged.

The shipping costs of the new pair must be covered by the customer.

 

 

 

¿How do I make a return?

We do not make returns on regular sales.

It is not usual for the pieces to present a manufacturing defect, in case of finding a fault, please contact us as soon as possible to assess the case and find a solution.

In discount pieces sales are final.
